This recipe is adapted from the one on the From My Bowl website.
Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberry halves
1 cup milk
1/8 cup unsweetened yogurt
1/2 Tbl lemon juice
1 Tbl maple syrup
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2/3 cup steel cut oats
1/2 cup diced strawberries
Method
Make the strawberry milk by blending strawberry halves, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla and lemon juice.
Assembly
Pour oats into empty canning jar. Add strawberry milk and diced strawberries. Shake until combined. Refrigerate overnight.
