FLOUR

Substitutions equal one cup of the original ingredient.

All  Purpose Flour Self-rising flour (omit baking powder and salt from recipe)
Bread Flour All purpose flour
Self-Rising Flour 1 cup all purpose flour + 1.5 tsp baking powder + 1/4 tsp salt
Whole Wheat Flour 7/8 cup all purpose flour + 2 Tbl wheat germ
