SUGAR

Substitutions equal one cup of the original ingredient.

Granulated White Sugar 1 cup caster (superfine) sugar
or 1 cup tightly packed light or dark brown sugar
Light or Dark Brown Sugar 1 cup raw sugar
or 1 cup white granulated sugar
Light Brown Sugar 1/2 cup dark brown sugar + 1/2 cup granulated sugar
Caster (Superfine) Sugar 1 cup granulated white sugar, processed in food processor until very fine
Raw Sugar 1 cup light or dark brown sugar
